Welcome to Talon! This Agreement ("Terms") govern your use of the Talon application and services ("Service") provided by Talonic ("we"). By accessing the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
Using Talon signifies your acceptance of these Terms, which form a legal contract between you and Talonic. We may update the Terms; check for changes regularly.
You must be 17+ to use the Service. Users under 17 are prohibited from accessing Talon.
Registration may be required for certain features. Provide accurate information and secure your account. You are fully responsible for account activities, and we are not liable for unauthorized access due to your oversight.
Talon is for personal, non-commercial use in compliance with laws. Unauthorized or harmful use is strictly prohibited.
Do not:
· Infringe laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
· Hack, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to accounts/data.
· Disrupt the Service or upload unlawful/misleading content.

By sharing content on Talon, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for Service operations and improvement. You retain ownership, but we may use your content to provide app features.
The Service is provided "as-is," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any purpose.
We are not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, etc.) arising from Service use, including data loss or service disruptions, to the extent allowed by law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Revisions will be posted in the app. Continuing use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or laws, without prior notice. Termination ends your right to use the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Talonic’s registration jurisdiction, excluding conflict of laws rules.
Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, submit to binding arbitration in the governing jurisdiction.
